On behalf of our group, I wanted to express our appreciation to you, Loree and the Ranchland Outfitters staff.

In the years we have booked with you we have always had a first class waterfowl hunt experience because of your commitment to excellence.

The area around Elk Point stages a large number and species of ducks and geese.  The spotters and guides work hard to put us on them every morning and evening.  Your equipment, knowledge, attention to detail and ability to consistently put birds feet down in the spread result in outstanding close-in chances for everyone.

Loree, Doris and the staff are exceptional chefs and hosts that make us feel as part of the family.  We especially savor the hearty breakfasts and full course suppers featuring entrees such as ranched elk, Alberta beef and others, including Rob’s famous ribs (the secret is out; Loree and Doris don’t have to do all the cooking).

This, our 7th year, was the best yet. In addition to a strong waterfowl migration and great shoots, you put us in contact with a fishing guide who showed us outstanding walleye fishing on the N. Saskatchewan River which flows past Elk Point.    In 2 days, we caught and released almost 300 fish, up to 9 pounds, on a true gem of a river.  This made for a great Cast-n-Blast trip that we will never forget.  You can bet we will be back next year for the whole experience!
